The song is reminiscent of that classic 90's R&B scene from which Beyonce originated. The old school vibe, which is probably due to the sampling of Slick Ricks ''La Di Da Di'', was produced by none other than the sample king himself, non other than Kanye West, alongside co-producer Consequence.
It's a more mellow and mid - tempo track, in comparison to Bey's most recent music which usually falls into the category's of either 'Diva's Anthem' or 'love ballad'.
It may not be a solid 'hit', by commercial definition, but it is a nice chill out track for the summer.
